Holla Atcha Boy!

Ejected into a journey that I didn't know I had to travel
My brothers beside me taking bites off a tree of golden apples
We were chosen at random to be given a chance to win
This race for the prize in our eyes is nothing less, we begin

Dive into acidity, a city in itself, we swim for the freedom
Instincts tell us to move towards a life that we know will come
Overrun with some killer pesticides, some of my brothers die off
But my journey continues, because my cause is never lost

The egg is in my view, it's like seeing stars for the first time
As I see, I know, I'll go on and make this thing mine
It's what my soul purpose is, to make it to the end of the line
My kin continue to die, but I now see it, as no great real crime

My head bounces off its surface, trying to crack its touch exterior
Trying to get to the inside, but the repeated shots make me wearier
More and more of us lose life, crossing over and falling to the floor
Lying on littered junk of a third rate, divorced, middle aged whore

Finally I reach the inside, the soft yoke (egg) is mine to savor alone
As soon as I enter, I am integrated into its being, I am now at home
The walls again close up, and as more die, I become an only child
Now again this woman is pregnant, and again, her folders have been filed...

...Ruined? Or begun? Her life is yet to know.. But mine is complete...
