Holla Atcha Boy!

As I'm retracing the skyline, racing memories fly-by
Erasing my placid face, still waiting on standby
Past dreams nearby, placing my doubts aside
I say hi, not last goodbyes, I'm late chasing a life-time ...

Patiently debating hopes fall, I stay embracing my life-line
Apparently the nightmares right there etched in my eyes
Repairing despair shedding new light, my new sight's strife-blind
The stillness intact until the impact, the planes collide...

Terrified, the nervous servers became filled with fervor
A silent observer quickly herded us into life preservers
The thin lines between aisles were hostile and defiled
Trials of frustrated tribulations were inflated and piled

Friend, when the world was mine, I defiantly spun it
Just to stall a free fall and end this endless plummet
Trying desperately despite hope, and the lingering sharks
To continue walking this tight rope, with a knife in the dark...

At last we crashed fast, the collision sent a blasted explosion
Survival was cast at half mast then splashed the vast ocean
Past mistakes flashed before me, lashing out I gasped to breathe
Sad to see life smashed to pieces and stashed solemnly in the sea...
